Welcome to some intense moments with Finnish musician HASSE WALLI, one of Europe's most versatile pioneering guitar players. His performing career started in 1962 as a drummer, but he later switched to lead guitar in 1965. Hasse introduced modern improvised rock/blues guitar to his country in 1967 with his band BLUES SECTION, modern ethnic style in 1974 with PIIRPAUKE, and West African Senegalese rhythms and guitar styles with HASSE WALLI & ASAMAAN in 1988. This DVD contains exciting performances of Hasse's legendary bands, filmed at Tavastia Club, Helsinki between 1996 and 2010.
Includes a 24 page booklet with details of the bands featured on the DVD.
